NextIsOnMe connects users who may choose to meet in person for social, networking, or light-dating purposes. We provide a platform to facilitate introductions, but we do not supervise or control user interactions.

2. Nature of the Service

NextIsOnMe:

• does not organise meetups;
• does not supervise in-person interactions;
• does not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles;
• does not verify the safety or conditions of meeting locations.

All interactions and meetups are arranged and performed at the users' own risk.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age;
• provide accurate registration information;
• not be prohibited from using online platforms under UK or EU law.

4. Identity Verification

Users must complete identity verification before attending or hosting any in-person event. Verification may include:

• ID document upload;
• phone number verification;
• social account login (Facebook/Google);
• date of birth confirmation.

We may suspend or remove accounts that fail verification.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• act respectfully and lawfully;
• meet in public locations when possible (recommended, not required);
• not impersonate another person;
• not harass, intimidate, or harm other users;
• not use the platform for escorting, commercial services, or illegal activity.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextIsOnMe is not liable for:

• personal injury or harm resulting from user interactions;
• misconduct, harassment, or actions of other users;
• incidents at cafés, bars, parks, or any meeting location;
• loss of data, technical failures, or service interruptions;
• actions taken based on user-generated content.

Users participate in meetups entirely at their own risk.

7. Safety Warning

NextIsOnMe does not perform criminal background checks. We encourage users to review our Safety Guidelines and take precautions when meeting others.

8. Messaging & User Content

You may not post or send:

• threats or harassment;
• hate speech;
• explicit or sexual content;
• spam or advertisements;
• illegal or harmful content.

We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.

9. Reports and Account Actions

Users may report others for safety or conduct concerns. NextIsOnMe may, at its discretion:

• issue warnings;
• temporarily suspend accounts;
• remove verification status;
• permanently ban accounts.

10. Data Protection (GDPR & UK GDPR)

We collect and process personal data such as name, email, phone number, date of birth, location, social login data, ID verification data, and messages. Processing is based on consent, contract, and legitimate interest.

• the conditions or safety of third-party venues;
• service quality or pricing at meeting locations;
• incidents occurring on venue premises.
