1. Acceptance & Contracting Party

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NEXTISONME LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. References to "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refer specifically to NEXTISONME LTD.

2. Nature of the Service

NextIsOnMe facilitates social introductions between users. You acknowledge that:

• We provide the platform for introductions but do not provide the food, drink, or services at meeting locations;
• We do not supervise in-person interactions or organize meetups directly;
• We do not verify the safety or physical conditions of meeting locations;
• All interactions and meetups are performed entirely at the users' own risk.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age;
• provide accurate registration information;
• not be prohibited from using online platforms under UK, EU, or local law.

4. Identity Verification

Users may be required to complete verification steps before attending events. You acknowledge that we do not conduct criminal background checks. Verification is limited to mobile number and professional status checks via third-party services.

5. Limitation of Liability (The Firewall)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXTISONME LTD and its directors shall not be liable for any personal injury, emotional distress, or harm resulting from user interactions or incidents at third-party venues.

The total aggregate liability of the Company for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed £50.00 (Fifty Pounds Sterling).

6. Third-Party Venues

NextIsOnMe is not responsible for:

• The quality or safety of food and services provided by Partner Venues;
• Accidents, slips, or falls occurring on venue premises;
• A venue's refusal to honor a giveaway or treat code.

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your data as described in ourPrivacy Policy.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom. You waive any right to bring a claim in any other jurisdiction.
